Kolportiert wird, dass die Datensammlung von der nationalen Polizeibehörde mit Sitz in Shanghai gehackt wurde. La source dont les informations ont été volées n’est toutefois pas encore claire. On se raconte que la collecte de données ait été piratée chez le bureau de la police nationale basé à Shanghai.
